Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be booked in advance and may require full payment or a deposit. Appointments are confirmed via text; clients are responsible for accurate contact information. All sales are FINAL—no refunds on services, deposits, packages, memberships, gift cards, or retail. Prepaid packages must be used within 60 days unless stated otherwise. 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations under 48 hours incur a 50% fee; same-day cancellations or no-shows incur a 100% fee. Fees are charged to the card on file or must be paid same day via Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay. Fees do not apply toward future appointments. A 5-minute grace period applies. Clients more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled and charged. Please do not arrive more than 30 minutes early or more than 10 minutes before your appointment. If your therapist is delayed, you will receive a text when we are ready. Clients must complete an intake form and disclose all medical conditions.
