Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION: Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients. We hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request for you to please contact us within 24 Hours before the beginning of your Spa Service. To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations at this time. **Only TWO reschedules are acceptable. ** NO CALL/NO SHOW will be charged full amount. TARDINESS: Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time for your appointment. **10 MINUTES Grace Period; If you're late to your Spa Service, you have a choice to receive the remaining time towards your appointment at FULL PRICE or you can reschedule and pay $35 reschedule FEE. NO REFUND for your Deposit/Payment of Service. **Only the individual/s begin serviced is allowed in the Spa Studio. This includes no additional guest and/or children. **Please arrive NO MORE than "10 minutes" before your appointment. **Please be courteous to existing/previous guest, If the Therapist is running behind, The Therapist will inform you when they are ready to begin your Spa Experience. SICKNESS: Massage/Bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition (Flu/Cold like symptoms). Please reschedule once you are symptom free for 14 days. ***To ensure safety to our Staff and our Clients, It is mandatory that you wear a Mask when entering the Spa. ***Temperature screening will be conducted on Clients before Spa Service starts. ***Mandatory Hand Washing/Hand Sanitizing before Spa Service. ***Management has the right to terminate any Services/Appointments of Clients who does not follow these guidelines/polices/rules. 24 HOURS BEFORE SPA SERVICES "CONSENT FORMS" WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL OR TEXT MESSAGE. *Spa Location is not Handicap Accessible.
